Nestled in the heart of Queen Street West and Toronto’s Art and Design district, 99 Sudbury offers you the city’s most unique and versatile event space. From early beginnings as a restored glass factory, a famed after hours club and host to critically acclaimed restaurants, 99 Sudbury has always captured the vibrancy and personality of Toronto’s west end.
We work exclusively with The Food Dudes but do allow outside catering with a 20% landmark fee and $750 kitchen rental fee. We require that all rentals, catering and alcohol are provided by the venue and often work with many caterers this way! We would be delighted if you referred us in the future, and generally ask that you and or your clients get in touch with us directly to request a custom quote!
Yes! We allow our client to select whichever caterer they would like to work within our space. We do work with a few preferred Caterers but should clients choose a caterer who is not on this list that is always an option.
Yes we do!
We allow caterers to bring in their own wait staff if they have them. If they do not then our preferred staffing agency is VIB Event Staffing Inc
We already have the liquor license in-house so we take care of the bar.
Yes, we do include the draping. We do custom set ups/floor plans for every event in the space and have the ability to move our drape walls in order to accommodate smaller events or larger events (as we never want the space to feel to large or too small).
