DESCRIPTION

Harbourfront Centre is a non-profit presenting arts organization with a season of programmes and events running from April through March. When gaps in the schedule exist, we offer some of our facilities for rent to non-profit and community groups, professional arts and cultural groups, government and granting associations, and corporations, for a variety of purposes. This venue does not accommodate social events.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you permit caterers outside your vendors list at your property?

Yes, we do permit caterers outside of our vendors list; I have attached our catering policy at Harbourfront Centre.
The caterer must provide Harbourfront Centre with a copy of the final invoice to the Rental Group no later than 5 days after the event. Harbourfront Centre will invoice the caterer directly for the landmark fee payment.

If so, do you have an on-site kitchen we can use? 

Unfortunately we do not have a kitchen on-site; however, depending on what venue the event.  Prohibited Equipment: Propane ovens, bunsen burners, gas barbecues or open flame of any kind are not permitted in any of Harbourfront Centre's indoor venues. Sterno-type heating sources and electric heating elements are permitted. Gas barbecues are permitted in exterior locations as designated by Harbourfront Centre. is in there may be a small finishing prep area.

Do you have a preferred staffing agency or can we provide our own wait staff?

    • We do not have a preferred staffing agency and can provide your own wait staff.

Does your venue handle the bar arrangements or do we have to obtain an SOP to supply our own?

All bar arrangements on Harbourfront Centre are handled exclusively by Boxcar Social

What is your landmark fee?

Our landmark fee is 15%
