We typically ask that our clients work with our preferred caterers, although we do sometimes make exceptions.
We have a fully equipped kitchen onsite that includes and stove-top and convection oven, walk-in fridge and dishwasher.
We work exclusively with the Butler Did It for all of our staffing needs and this is coordinated through our caterers directly.
Our venue doesn’t handle the bar and clients can either apply for an SOP directly or have the caterers organize everything for them.
The landmark fee is 15% on catering and staff.
Yes! We allow our client to select whichever caterer they would like to work within our space. We do work with a few preferred Caterers but should clients choose a caterer who is not on this list that is always an option.
Yes we do!
We allow caterers to bring in their own wait staff if they have them. If they do not then our preferred staffing agency is VIB Event Staffing Inc
We already have the liquor license in-house so we take care of the bar.
Yes, we do include the draping. We do custom set ups/floor plans for every event in the space and have the ability to move our drape walls in order to accommodate smaller events or larger events (as we never want the space to feel to large or too small).
