Beautiful Vaughan

The fifth largest city in the GTA, Vaughan makes for a great location to host a celebration. Set in idyllic landscapes with rolling hills and beautiful countryside, Vaughan is an amalgamation of the towns of Woodbridge, Concord, Maple, and Kleinburg. While still located in the GTA, Vaughan offers the privacy and luxury that downtown Toronto is often unable to provide. As the demand for big open spaces that can accommodate large parties increases, Vaughan has become a natural choice. In the midst of this beautiful landscape, the W Event Boutique has recently opened its doors, taking advantage of the best that Vaughan has to offer. Vaughan is also home to a wide array of hotels, shopping, and entertainment for any out-of-town guests.

Atmospheric Aesthetic

The W Event Boutique has a beautiful aesthetic that makes for a great backdrop for any party. While situated in the far-out reaches of the GTA, the W Event Boutique hasn’t let go of that city feel that has become so predominant and popular in the last few years. The aesthetic of the W Event Boutique can best be described as industrial-chic. Its large open spaces and high ceilings call to mind loft-style venues that are popular in the downtown Toronto area.

With exposed pipework, ceilings, and brick walls, the venue continues with this industrial aesthetic throughout; however, it also offers it’s own unique twist. The exposed brick is all painted white, giving the event venue the feel of a blank slate on which you are able to superimpose your wildest event ideas. The white walls and white décor allow for maximum customization; the space, essentially, can be anything you’d like it to be. It also increases the feel of luxurious space and room to move around and celebrate. While the blank walls are a common theme, they don’t feel clinical; this event venue has a really warm and inviting feel to it, which is exactly what you’d want from the space that will host your big event.

Accommodations

The W Event Boutique can accommodate just about any kind of party. They book weddings, social events, and corporate events, and are open to any other suggestions of how you’d like to use the space. The W Event Boutique can hold up to 350 people for a cocktail reception, and 200 for a sit-down dinner. While it’s able to hold large groups, it’s also an ideal venue for more intimate affairs. With a variety of spaces, there’s room to have smaller groups as well. If you do have a big guest list, you couldn’t pick a better place. This large capacity venue is designed to entertain large numbers, and the W Event Boutique is also happy to provide staff to help organize and cater to larger groups.

The amenities that this event venue includes, and their willingness to work with booking parties to ensure that they have the best possible experience, is one of the prime reasons we’re sure that this brand new venue will soon be one of the most popular locations in the GTA.
